About the Role

The role of Communications Analyst is to support the OCM Team in developing and executing the materials to engage- inform and excite all employees across Australia and New Zealand about our SAP S/4 HANA implementation and moving the business to new enhanced ways of working.

Ranging from communicating business critical information- managing crisis communications- building graphics and videos and coordinating Program events- your work will enable the Business Leads- SMEs and Change Champions- along with BAU  Leadership to be the voice of change. You should be a strong communicator with stakeholder management skills- someone who is a self-starter- ready to make an impact across the 20+ Kraft Heinz ANZ  sites- with 2-500+ employees.

Key to this role will also be coordinating with existing internal communication channels - locally- regionally and globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning and delivery of key regular communications- such as townhalls- weekly newsletters and emails- as well as supporting with the delivery of ad-hoc communication activities and crisis communications
  • Craft messaging around program priorities- celebrating best practice and successes- presentations & campaigns
  • Develop and govern Program communication templates such QRGs- Town Halls- etc
  • Management of the internal communications channels- including sharepoint- MS Teams
  • Proactively work across the wider organisation to collate detailed and clear information to develop communications
  • Support Goldilocks workstream stakeholders with develop of communication materials aligned with change management plans. 
  • Confidently creating communication plans to fulfil Prgram needs
  • Produce creative collateral across a range of internal channels- such as internal newsletters- posters- digital platforms (email templates- intranet news- banners) and videos- including writing- reviewing and editing content.
  • Ability to create the content our various audiences are looking for- while keeping content consistent with our brand voice- style- and tone.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications- Business- Journalism- Media or relevant field
  • 2-3+ years' experience in SAP S/4HANA communication role with experience working in large- global companies communicating from frontline workforces to C Level executives
  • Experience using common communications platforms to deliver messaging- including SharePoint- email- live streaming events- etc.
  • Basic graphic design- photo and video editing skills required to create internal communications content.
