Description & Requirements

About the role:

You connect all parts of business together via effective and engaging internal communications through multiple channels.  Reporting to the Chief People Office- you partner closely with senior stakeholders including the MD and the executive leadership team.  You help drive our culture of transparency and help to build an amazing employee experience. Additionally- you will also design and implement our Employee Value Proposition across ANZ and build our Diversity and Inclusion strategy and plan across ANZ. You champion our ESG goals and bring these to life through the employee lense- focusing on our Operations population.


  • Develop and execute an internal communications strategy for the company in ANZ.
  • Partner closely with the MD- Chief People Officer and executive leadership team on key internal communication messages.
  • Create relevant and engaging communications content for a range of channels- including written presentations and digital media.
  • Plan- manage and execute on:
  • Partner with relevant stakeholders on developing and executing effective change communication strategies.
  • Partner with the Operations team to engage the People Committees to drive all comms & DI&B initiatives
  • Partner with the Marketing teams to bring brand initiatives internal and create our employees as brand ambassadors
  • Partnering with the Talent Acquisition team to build out our employee value proposition and position KraftHeinz as an employer of choice in ANZ.
  • Partnering with the HR Business Partners and broader HR team to build out a Diversity and Inclusion strategy and plan across ANZ.

  • Astute in digital communication platforms and strategies.
  • Ability to understand the needs of the audience and plan communications accordingly.
