The Communications Executive sits within the Marketing Communications Team- a marketing support function for all campaign related activity- and an extension of the ‘Kitchen’ our in-house agency. This role will support in all things paid- owned- and earned; from strategy to activation across brand campaigns. You will lead our Masterbrand always on campaigns for social paid media- PR and influencers. This role will report directly into our Senior Communications Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Their main responsibilities include but are not limited too:
Consult on brand paid media campaigns best practice.
Support brand teams with best practice execution of PR campaigns.
Manage end to end execution of influencer campaigns alongside agency partner.
Support team with social trend identification.
Support the Kitchen team with social media planning and occasionally implementation.
Support the Senior Communications Manager with managing our agency relationships.
Assist communications team with finance management.
Manage creative material roll outs for brand campaign activity executed via the Kitchen.
About You:
Tertiary Qualification.
Desirable- social media (Meta and TikTok ideally)- influencer and/or PR experience.
1-2 years of internships &/or full-time communications experience within agency (ie. Account coordinator or Account Executive within creative- media- social/influencer- PR agency).
Microsoft Excel- Word- and PowerPoint proficiency.
Exceptional project management & communication skills.
Working with agencies & multiple stakeholders.
