About the Position

We are looking for a Senior Consumer experience (CX) design project manager for Kraft Heinz International to join our unique Consumer & Culinary experience team; bringing together chef- consumer and sensory researchers with the passion to inspire and design delicious food experiences. As part of this team you will play a strong role in delivering relevant and actionable product insights (recipe & pack) to drive the success of our innovations within the International Zone.

Your primary responsibility will be to drive key strategic projects from understanding the business need- translating it into the most relevant consumer learning plan and delivering strong insights to support the development of KH future pipeline (innovations- range extensions and renovations).

Role and Responsibilities

  • Play a leadership role in guiding innovation and renovation projects by providing useful recommendations based on key CX findings
  • Provide a complete sensory and consumer research learning plan from start to end; together with chefs and sensory scientists. Ensure comprehensive understanding of consumers perceptions to identify product opportunities and recommend action plans to drive business objectives.
  • Use different tools (quant & qual) and summarize different sources of information to guide the business for assessment of product and pack performance; in alignment with our testing principles and recommendations.
  • Proactively contribute to our key categories product/pack strategy by optimising the value of CX insights and ensuring that they are used to develop strong consumer product propositions including claims/benefits
  • Proactively ensure a strong connection with our innovation ecosystem and the external world to propose- develop and use novel methodologies to meet changing business needs.
  • Leads the CX insight part of key International projects in close collaboration with multifunctional team- ensuring regular connections with BUs for local relevance. Ensure a very strong collaboration with the Consumer Insight team in building & owning the overall insights learning plans roadmaps. Work as one team to ensure strong connections with Kraft Heinz Company business objectives.
  • Co-responsible for continuous development of consumer experience research best practices and innovative approaches to drive business impact Networking Accountabilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong network within R&D- Marketing and Consumer Insights in order to anticipate needs and assure full alignment on insight-driven projects
  • Interact and influence with R&D and marketing Teams (from Technician to VP) to facilitate consensus on project learning plans considering resource- time and budget constraints.
  • Manage activities of research suppliers. Set high standards- provide ongoing feedback. Appropriately question and challenge suppliers to ensure the best thinking and continuous improvement.
  • Represents Kraft Heinz in professional organizations and meetings

Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

  • University degree (Masters or PhD) in Sensory & Consumer Science- Psychology- Anthropology- UX Design- or related fields
  • Relevant experience in CX Research including experience in corporate (agency and/or FMCG company)
  • Strong generalized knowledge and expertise in consumer experience research methodologies including both quantitative and qualitative approach. Expertise in sensory sciences methodologies and/or consumer lead innovation strategy is a plus.
  • Ability to simplify complex data analysis to actionable- easy to understand insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills: consultation and influencing capability for every level of exposure in the company
