About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for a Consumer Insights professional to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Consumer Platform Insight Manager position lies within the International Growth structure and reports to the Head of Consumer Platform Insights. Alongside your partners in Marketing and Category- you are a valued member of a hard-working- innovative- and dynamic team- working together to reach the next level. The delivery of the Consumer Platforms insights agenda will be your primary responsibility and provides an opportunity to identify improvement activities within insights for the International sauces- meals- and infant consumer platforms.

Main Responsibilities

  • The overall project management of insights projects- ensuring impactful results- and supporting the rollout of our Category Insight strategy
  • Support the Head of Consumer Platform Insights to ensure that Insight work for the Categories is delivered in a timely and efficient manner
  • Support the marketing category teams- ensuring that research results are turned into insights and meaningful actions
  • Provide support for key projects including consumer understanding- innovation development and validation- brand activation as well as performance understanding.
  • Partnering with the local BU Insights teams to ensure the projects are including the markets’ view
  • Support the implementation of COE’s methodologies & approaches for the Platforms

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Degree level education
  • An expert insight leader (6+ years’ experience) with established track record in consumer insights (ad hoc and ideally continuous as well)- from within consumer / FMCG / retail industries – ideally with food categories experience
  • Commercially minded and proficient in interpreting and synthesising multiple data sources into meaningful information and Insights for growth
  • Highly proficient and experienced consumer research professional displaying a range of knowledge/application skills- including qualitative and quantitative research methods- for consumer understanding/closeness and innovation projects as well as business analytics
  • Highly numerate with strong analytical skills & ability to prepare insightful reports and presentations to tight deadlines
  • Strong- credible- and clear communicator with an ability to work across function- & geography through excellent interpersonal skills
  • Work effectively and efficiently with an international zone team- adopting zone ways of working and forming strong effective working relationships with the international zone insight team
  • Applies tools- trends and reports crafted by the Centre of Excellence teams for effective application in the consumer learning journey for the Category.
