About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity for an ambitious market research professional to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Consumer- Market Insight Analyst position sits within the Consumer Insight Centre of Excellence (CoE) team which is part of the broader International Insights team based in our London office. Get ready for a lot of exposure to senior internal partners across our International zone and be a key part of the change to insights for the future.

As part of this team you will need to work effectively with the broader Zone Insight team to drive impact for our growth agenda and will be constantly looking for improvement activities within Consumer Insights. Additionally- the role will support the implementation of the Insights CoE framework for International and the strategic framework for food and consumer connection.

Main Responsibilities

With a continuous improvement approach you will contribute to delivering key elements of the Consumer CoE framework through the following:

  • Leading the IZ programme for Consumer Connections- continuously building our consumer insights for opportunity creation
  • Aiding the development of Insight tools for international application that support and develop our Consumer Strat-plan and our Kraft Heinz values
  • Supporting the International brand health tracking or brand understanding agenda
  • Help shape our Social Intelligence framework to build real time insights
  • Utilising Trend data and disseminating the stories to the IZ marketing community through impactful presentations

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree level education
  • 3+ years’ experience in consumer insights (ad hoc) from FMCG or ad hoc research agencies (beyond EPOS data)
  • Proficient in and demonstrating knowledge/application skills of a variety of research methods (qualitative and quantitative). Digital ‘real-time’ consumer insight approaches would be advantageous
  • Understanding of international markets or direct experience of working in an insight/consumer research capacity across multiple countries
  • Experience of data synthesis (quant and qual and multiple data sources) to provide insightful meaning- and perspective beyond the obvious- to build impactful stories
  • Strong- credible and clear communicator with an ability to work across function- & geography through excellent interpersonal skills
  • Work effectively and efficiently with the wider insight community to drive zone- wide adoption of Consumer Insight best-practice
