Description & Requirements

This is a role for someone who craves a global challenge balanced by the desire to be accountable for delivering against the model in the largest business unit for Kraft Heinz.  It is both a strategic and a tactical position.  Those that do not want to get their hands dirty or build out a function against a blank slate without buying pre-packaged solutions should not apply.  

Key responsibilities of the role:

Accountability for the analysis and planning activities for LATAM IT spend to ensure the measurement- benchmarking- target setting and monitoring of the financial and service quality performance for the zone
Lead zone project & financial portfolio management for cross BU initiatives and drive common processes and solutions across LATAM
Create project estimation and resource planning model to be used to plan BU- regional and global IT projects
Lead zone portfolio management for cross BU initiatives and drive common processes and solutions across LATAM
Monthly Forecast preparation and presentation of MPR to Global CIO and senior leadership
Lead ritual & routines across the LATAM BUs- ensuring optimized processes & all teams deliver on-time with high quality and within approved budget
Manage overall procedures and ensure proper procurement processes are being followed across LATAM IT
Risk and Opportunity analysis and portfolio management and taking responsibility to drive financial priorities across the region.
Strong stakeholder management and collaborating across multiple regions and all levels of the organization
Own the LATAM IT 3-year road map and the process to periodically refresh the content and align as well as communicate with stakeholders


•    English – verbal and written – Spanish is an advantage
•    University Degree. MBA or post graduate degree/qualification is an advantage
