Description & Requirements

  • Understand customer perception and business process and impact champion in order to develop strategic creative work across the business.
  • Be actively involved in setting and executing creative strategies which promote creative excellence.
  • Lead the strategic creative process and execute integrated projects from concept to production and delivery. Direct and create Creative Planning- Production and Delivery. Provide direction on marketing campaigns.
  • Manage a creative team responsible for creativity across all media platforms- including: Integrated campaigns- Ecommerce platform- Digital Communication- Packaging- Innovation Delivery- Corporate identity and branding- Marketing materials for internal and external purposes
  • Evaluate the creative teams work against project objectives- suggest refinements and make recommendations. Mentoring team in project development and performance management.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree of any major (preferably Communication / Art / Creative )
  • Min 5-8 years of working experiences in related area
  • Strong leadership with the ability to orchestrate a team with extraordinary creative minds as well as strong achievement drives
  • Have the ability to perform under pressure and deliver high-quality creative in a fast paced environment
