About the Position

We're looking for an experienced Supply Chain professional to make a difference in our Nordics team based in Stockholm, Sweden. The Customer Collaboration Manager position lies within the wider Northern Europe Supply and Operations department and will lead our customer excellence agenda for our Retail and Foodservice customers in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and Iceland! This person is also accountable for leading and pursuing excellence in supply chain for the entire customer base and developing and delivering the best service at the lowest cost.

Brief Responsibilities:

· Delivering target service performance in all aspects of service as measured by the customer, case fill rate and delivery on-time and supporting the customer in securing on shelf availability.

· Building strong internal and external relationships with customers, sales, customer service, demand, and operations.

· Liaise with the customer to optimize product replenishment and successfully enabling events (e.g., new products, promotions) which require logistics support.

· Increasing customer and Kraft Heinz supply chain value proposition. Identify and implement supply chain projects, to either remove inefficiencies or enable value creation.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor or master’s Degree

· Prior experience in a customer logistics or supply chain role

· Prior knowledge of ERP and demand systems, particularly with a Retail link is an advantage

· An excellent ability to partner with internal partners and external customers and build lasting relationships through excellent customer service

· Highly proficient in Excel and ideally equipped with intermediate skills in SQL, Python and/or Ms. Power BI

· Fluency in English is required and fluency in Swedish or another Nordic language is a bonus!

Professional Attributes

Technical mastery: Excellent knowledge of FMCG supply chains models (e.g. FMCG, eCommerce, Automotive) and the levers to improve service performance and ability to put this knowledge into practice delivering supply chain improvement projects.

Ability to Lead: Influencing the sales organisation and the supply chain functions is vital in this role. You have a continuous improvement mentality, and will lead the supply chain and commercial team on the journey towards excellence.

Build diverse, collaborative relationships: Co-located within a multi-functional commercial team, the collaboration manager will maximise resources across internal organisations (e.g. working with sales on

forecast accuracy, organisational change, etc). Externally you will work with many functions/levels in the customer. Work with 3PL on delivery profiles, monitoring delivery on time and turnaround efficiencies.

Results driven: In developing the link between Sales and the logistics function, you will need to understand and implement the principles of Joint Value Creation and Go to Market Strategy and lead these strategies for your categories.
