Description & Requirements

Objective:  Responsible for leading the Key Account team of Traditional Channel Kraft Heinz Mexico.  Should leads and makes sure to execute the channel strategy aligned with the company´s objectives and indicators.

Ensuring correct relationship with channel clients. Planning- executing business plans and negotiating with key customers for compliance with the company´s KPI´s.

Key Activities/ Deliverables:

  • Commercial relationship with Key Customers
  • Management of Key accounts team- development plans and compliance with people processes.
  • Active participation in the definition of channel objectives- with support areas: Marketing- Trade Marketing- Finance.
  • Channel commercial strategy. Annual and long-term channel strategy.
  • Approach- definition and fulfillment of KPI´s: GSV- NSV- CMA
  • Investment planning and promotional activities: D&A Control.
  • Price: execution of the company´s pricing strategy and price index compliance.
  • Joint Business Plan´s execution with Key Customers.
  • Management of Sell in & Sell Out
  • Channel forecast by KAM/ Customer/ Category/ Sku. (Monthly- Quarterly- Yearly)
