About the Position

We are looking for a Data Analytics & Visualisation Manager to make a big difference at Kraft Heinz! The position is in our International HQ team - based in The Shard and your main responsibility will be leading a team of developers to drive automation and improved data visualisation as part of the International Zone’s Finance Transformation strategy.

Main Responsibilities

The Data Analytics & Visualisation Manager will lead- design- and deploy large scale analytics projects and will also be accountable for a team of internal and external resources to improve business data and visibility to provide insights into key performance indicators and disciplines within Kraft Heinz. Core responsibilities include:

  • Lead a team of data engineers & Tableau developers to deliver visualisation and automation projects using Agile methodology.
  • Create and maintain scrum routines including activity definition- sequence- dependencies- work effort- duration- and associated resource requirements.
  • Partner with Finance leadership across the International Zone to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute to the design of analytics tools that deliver insights into financial performance- operational efficiency- and other key business performance metrics.
  • Partner with the zone teams to ensure efficient execution and business adoption of analytic solutions.
  • Work with partners including the IT Service Delivery and Global Business Services organisation to resolve technical issues and ensure reporting continuity.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 4+ years of success of strong career advancement in a relevant field (Data analytics- data engineering- IT consulting etc)
  • Experience leading work-streams using an Agile framework.
  • Knowledge of Tableau products- from Tableau desktop functionalities to maintaining and managing Tableau server.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – ability to work with partners across the world!
