Description & Requirements

The Data Operations lead will provide essential financial automation support to the NA Ops FP&A team.  The position will be critical to automate our monthly rituals & routines (including analysis and reporting)- quarterly/annual reviews- development of the strategic plan & yearlong productivity efforts. The position will be key in driving efficiency and clarity in finance operations performance.


  • Support the organization in the redesign of company-wide business planning process and process improvement opportunities.
  • Create reports that with actuals- forecast- budget and previous years scenarios.
  • Establish and maintain reporting cadence.
  • Takes a leadership role within supply chain finance (specially with ops FP&A) to eliminate all manual processes and reporting.
  • Support the Monthly Performance Review preparation / aggregation- Annual Operating Plan budgeting process- Strategic Plan- Impairment Analysis
  • Review regularly with the business to identify opportunities to optimize the processes.
  • Support accurate P&L and publishing of financial presentations ranging from consolidated financials- flash reports- and other reports necessary to help drive optimal decision making.
  • Prepare standard analysis- driving insight on business gaps to plan and benchmarks.
  • Attend main business unit meetings to understand the needs and helping to create better insights to Finance when needed
  • Works across the organization to create and implement optimal processes and tools


  • Bachelor's Degree and/or advanced degree in Data Science- Accounting- Business- Finance- Economics- or a related field
  • 7+ years’ experience- in a complex environment with escalating levels of responsibility
  • Strong technical and systems (SAP- Hyperion- Office 365) orientation desired
  • Should have proficiency using SQL- Tableau- and Snowflake
  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills and broad business acumen
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects- make decisions independently
  • Ability to coach- develop and help team prioritize

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
