What's on the menu?

• Manage, execute, and deliver continuous improvement programs across master data domains for North America

• Proactively assesses the needs of the team and the business and identifies, analyzes, and recommends business process and/or system enhancements.

• Utilize data driven insights to uncover opportunity areas to improve KPIs and SLAs focused on cycle time and data accuracy

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand pain points with technology and process to deliver projects focused on improving customer experience

• Coordinate system enhancements with IT team and translate business requirements into technical requirements

• Provide support in the development and analysis of master data system functionality, including but not limited to exploring new functionality, functional changes, system configuration, testing, and deployment

• Work with Analytics and Automations Centers of Excellence to design and deploy products across master data domains

  • I have experience working within CPG industry: Customer Service, Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Data Management

  • I have advanced understanding of the role of ERP systems within the operation of a large organization

  • I have knowledge of SAP Master Data and functional business application and impact

  • I have a proven history of stakeholder management and customer-centric mindset

  • I am able to simplify complex issues and communicate across all levels of the organization.

  • I am self-motivated with the ability to prioritize workload and multitask – can-do and customer centric attitude.

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment

We believe our office environment fuels our collaboration, connection & community as an organization and allows our employees to grow toward greatness.
