Description & Requirements

We have an exciting opportunity for a Demand Planner (m/f/d) at Kraft Heinz in Düsseldorf!  Reporting to the Customer Excellence Manager, this role is responsible for the management of rolling 0-12 month horizon Demand Plan and the Facilitation of the ITP and IBP Demand Planning Process.

Main responsibilities:

  • Support the sales forecast of all products for the channels Retail and Foodservice
  • Support and lead parts of the demand process with involvement of sales, marketing and finance
  • Build a realistic sales forecast at product level including promotions and product introductions with a horizon of 24 months
  • Carry out an in-depth analysis of the actual sales, promotional activities, trend developments and innovations
  • Be actively involved in the planning of product introductions and de-listings and contributing to the yearly strategic plans
  • Participate in S&OP meetings to understand potential supply risk and act as interface to the Customer Service team.

Qualifications:

  • Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.
  • University degree in relevant area such as Business Studies, Logistics and Supply Chain
  • Ideally first work experience in order management / customer service related functions or a sound knowledge of logistics operations
  • Preferably SAP knowledge
  • Strong Excel know-how
  • Business proficient English
  • Proficient German is a plus
