Description & Requirements

We have a superb opportunity available for a Bachelor/Master student who is interested in making a difference in our Digital Transformation team at Kraft Heinz!

The Position

Technology continues to disrupt the marketing industry; Kraft Heinz International (EMEA- LATAM- APAC) is leaning into this change by building a future fit technology stack to support its brands and inhouse creative agency- the Kitchen. The procurement of these tools- integration into our wider stack- and the roadmap to deploy them to our markets is owned by the Kitchen (Marketing) POD within the International Digital Transformation team.

Key responsibilities include- but are not limited to:

  • Supporting local stakeholders with the use of new digital tools
  • Documenting best practices and delivering training to drive adoption of the tools
  • Reporting on the successes & progress of our digital transformation
  • Defining routines to interact with local markets around the deployment and adoption of specific new tools
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing- IT- eCommerce- Procurement- Legal) and tool providers to design and provide training & support
  • Drafting monthly communications materials for the international leadership team on key milestones and successes
  • Owning end-user feedback and formulating action plans to continue to drive change


Job requirements:

  • You are enrolled at a European university during at least 50% of the duration of the internship. 
  • You are nearing the end of your bachelor's degree or pursuing your master’s degree.
  • You have good knowledge of the English language- both written and spoken.
  • Good knowledge of MS office- especially Excel.
  • NOTE: EU working rights are required (Either you are an EU citizen- or you are studying in the Netherlands).

What skills are we looking for in an intern?

  • Interpersonal skills: At Kraft Heinz you will easily be exposed to senior management- no matter your level. Therefore- it is meaningful you have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical: You quickly grasp data and understand the logic behind arguments and instructions.
  • Diligence: You are organized- structured and have a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to Simplify: We like to keep it simple. And to implement fast. Your ability to provide simple solutions for complex issues will be highly appreciated.

What we offer you:

We take interns seriously. You can expect from us to give you 1-on-1 mentorship from one of our experienced colleagues. We will work together on your personal learning goals and are keen to hear all good ideas you have! We will give you the space and support to make mistakes and grow.

Program start date:  As soon as possible    

Duration: At least 5 months- with the possibility of extension 

Allowance: 625 euro per month (40hrs- 5 days) & full reimbursement of travel expenses  

Location: Amsterdam

Hybrid Policy:
