About the Position

We are looking for an inspirational, experienced professional, who will play a strong role in driving the Digital Transformation for R&D. The role has an International scope and will report into the R&D Digital Transformation Lead.

The role is responsible for supporting digital solutions within R&D. The analyst will partner with the cross functional R&D team, understand their needs, goals and strategies and support them by developing the right functionality and reporting within existing tools. The candidate will have an opportunity to participate in implementing small, medium to large size projects and realizing digital modeling and AI solutions.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to deliver the R&D Digital Transformation program.
• Create and maintain reporting and analysis capabilities across R&D.
• Lead members of cross functional teams including third party development partners to drive delivery of new technical capabilities on time and on budget.
• Write functional specifications, test cases, perform testing etc.
• Ensure end user training and expertise meets business requirements.
• Ensure high engagement post launch; lead the implementation of enhancements.

Qualifications

Hard Skills
 

• 3+ years of experience working with information Systems/Innovation Technology with at least experience with Tableau, PowerBI or related visualization software.
• Technical project management experience
• Experience with leading Power Platform solutions design including stakeholder management.
• Good problem solving/analysis skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with the CPG industry a plus.
• Keen interest in technical solutions.
