About the Position

We are looking for an inspirational- experienced professional- who will play a strong role in driving the Digital Transformation across R&D for the International Zone. The role is part of the International Team and will report into the International R&D Digital Transformation Lead.

The role is responsible for delivering and deploying digital solutions within R&D. The manager will partner with the cross functional R&D team- understand their needs- goals and strategies and build a roadmap to deliver against them- support business process definition and manage projects and tools for these functions. The candidate will have an opportunity to participate in implementing small- medium to large size projects and realizing digital modeling and AI solutions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage initiatives to deliver the R&D Digital Transformation program
  • Lead members of cross functional teams including third party development partners to drive delivery of new technical capabilities on time and on budget
  • Lead and perform business problem definition and solution modeling with business and system stakeholders
  • Works closely with business key users to translate business challenges into technical requirements
  • Write functional specifications- test cases- perform testing etc
  • Ensure end user training and expertise meets business requirements
  • Lead the implementation of upgrades- new releases and new functionalities for R&D as needed


Hard Skills

  • 3+ years of experience working in information Systems/Innovation Technology or related functional areas
  • 1-2 years of technical project management experience
  • Ability to understand and impact across the organization by translating business needs
  • Good problem solving/analysis skills
  • Strong communication skills- both verbal and written
  • Experience with the CPG industry a plus
  • Keen interest in technical solutions
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and business analysis
