The Director, HRBP for P&P and Legal & Corporate Affairs at a glance

You will be accountable for driving all people initiatives across the global functions and partnering with Melissa Werneck, EVP & Global Chief People Officer, and Rashida La Lande, Chief Legal & Corporate Affairs Officer, to shape their people agendas. This position’s main focus will be leading efforts around people development, talent pipeline, organization effectiveness, change management and driving cultural transformation.

What's on the menu?

  • Own the talent and performance management process by driving high expectations within the two functions.
  • Ensure teams are appropriately trained on the overall process as well as program changes in order to facilitate robust calibration sessions.
  • Assess organizational structures on a regular basis to ensure proper staffing levels. Partner with leaders to proactively handle the movement and development of talent in alignment with staffing needs; facilitate the movement of talent within the manufacturing organization and central teams.
  • Drive the Kraft Heinz Culture and Values; credible partner in driving big cultural initiatives such as Management by Objectives (MBOs), Continuous Improvement and process mapping, as well as ensuring Meritocracy happens at all levels of the organization.
  • Work across the global organization to elevate D&I efforts; ability to influence leaders in everything we do to ensure D&I is the foundation by which we live our values.
  • Partner with leaders to enhance ways to build our talent capability at all levels; work across the organization to improve training and development, Ownerversity, career experiences, mentoring and rotations. Conduct various training sessions; acting as mentor; acting as 360 coach to leaders.
  • Continually work with and challenge current org structures in the Corporate team and in the zones to drive continuous improvement and efficiencies. Partner with team leaders to evaluate monthly business performance reviews and audit to ensure structures mirror company approach.
  • Actively own People spend budget and seek opportunities to reduce costs on a continual basis

  • I have dynamic Human Resource experience, including experience in a business partnership oriented role for executive leaders
  • I have core knowledge of and ability to collaborate with all areas within HR such as talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, and benefits.
  • I have analytical abilities via people data reporting; experience in HRIS such as Workday highly preferred
  • I have proven people leadership experience with the focus of developing talent within our own function
  • I understand business financials and how HR can impact
  • I have influenced strategy around talent capability and behaviors. Confirmed experience challenging/influencing executive leaders
  • I have a record of partnering at all levels in an organization to drive priorities

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment

We believe our office environment fuels our collaboration, connection & community as an organization and allows our employees to grow toward greatness. We also believe providing a more flexible and agile model is essential in today’s workplace. A majority of our office-based employees will be able to work remotely for up to two days each week. Additionally, employees who are subject to this hybrid model will be eligible to work from anywhere for up to six weeks in a rolling 12-month period (in maximum two-week increments and according to benefits and tax guidelines). Some jobs may be required to be performed fully in office depending on the role’s responsibilities and requirements.
