Description & Requirements

We are seeking an accomplished Director of ERP Deployment and Governance with over 15 years of experience to lead and drive our organization's strategic Global SAP S/4 HANA Transformation for the next 4-5 years at Kraft Heinz. This senior-level role demands a seasoned professional capable of orchestrating complex roadmaps and programs across delivery initiatives- aligning technology with business strategies- fostering innovation for operational excellence- and effectively managing across multiple IT and Business teams.

The role will be part of the Global ERP Capabilities organization and report directly VP - Head of IT ERP Capabilities

This role includes direct management of individuals responsible for execution of actives within the summary of the role.  Team size of 4-5 internal scaling to 10+ at the height of the program.   Oversight of external 3rd party Project and Program Managers.

High level job summary

  • Project and Program Excellence: Direct and supervise multifaceted- cross-functional teams throughout the entire ERP implementation lifecycle. Shape and execute meticulous project management strategies- encompassing planning- design- configuration- testing- training- and post-implementation support.
  • Executive Collaboration: Engage and collaborate with Senior IT executives- senior leaders- and department heads to ensure a unified program roadmap across multi regional deployments.
  • Vendor Partnership: Forge and manage strategic alliances with Kraft Heinz SIs and 3rd party vendors. Establish vendor management guidelines and execute robust processes to support them.
  • Business Value Tracking: Develop and implement frameworks for tracking- measuring- and communicating the tangible business value generated by the ERP implementation. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on ROI- efficiency gains- and strategic impact.
  • Risk Mitigation: Spearhead proactive identification of potential implementation risks- steering the formulation of robust mitigation strategies. Minimize business disruption and safeguard project timelines and objectives.
  • Financial Stewardship: Assume ultimate responsibility for the ERP implementation budget. Institute meticulous oversight- resource allocation- and alignment with fiscal aspirations- all while delivering an exceptional solution. Annual budgets oversight will range from $500MM to $750MM for the length of the program.
  • Interim and Integration States Ownership: Own the definition and governance of interim and integration states during the multi-year journey across the global implementation.
  • People Management: Lead- mentor- and develop high-performing teams- promoting collaboration- professional growth- and a results-driven culture. Provide guidance- feedback- and performance evaluations to team members.
  • Resource Management: Efficiently allocate and manage resources- including personnel- budget- and technology- to ensure the successful execution of the ERP implementation while maintaining alignment with organizational priorities.

Experience:

  • General management and program/service delivery experience in IT (multifunctional preferable)
  • Experience Program and Project Management
  • Experience with People management and development
  • Expertise in ERP systems- their architecture- integration methodologies- and their potential to revolutionize diverse business functions.
  • Exemplary leadership- team management- and mentoring aptitudes- driving cohesive- high-performing cross-functional teams.
  • Outstanding interpersonal- communication- and negotiation skills- adept at influencing stakeholders across hierarchical levels.
  • Seasoned change management expertise- showcasing adeptness in securing user buy-in and fostering organizational evolution.
  • Expertise in vendor management- contract negotiations- and value-driven procurement practices.
  • Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in leading-edge ERP solutions such as SAP.
  • Track record of innovation- strategic decision-making- continuous improvement- and resource optimization.
  • Experience in dealing with multicultural and multifunctional teams

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
