Job Summary

The transformation director role will report into the VP Strategy & Transformation. This position will Lead the overall operations transformation program, starting with strategy, programs, and execution of initiatives, enabling significant scale and growth for the organization, across people, process, and technology. This leader should be great at building relationships across internal KH teams as well as external partners across the extended value chain, influence without authority and be able to facilitate and drive results in a fast paced and demanding environment. This role will support the VP Strategy & Transformation, the BU Leaders & their teams and all support functions to scope, define, govern and program manage the transformation office. In addition, to leading a number of transformation initiative as project lead.
 

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of a structured PMO process to transformation and run the management & governance process.
  • Support facilitating and running strategic planning sessions defining 2nd & 3rd layer of detailed initiatives and programs and building road maps across the 10YS time horizon.
  • Manage NA operations input into global & zone requirements.
  • Lead several programs/initiatives spanning across the E2E SC
  • Lead the BI and reporting central team & ensure building E2E dashboard.
  • Be the center of knowledge (brain trust) for PMO process, approaches, and best practices, build library of best practices and share across the BUs.

Education & Experience
 

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree Require, MS or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum Experience: 10 years’ experience in Supply Chain (processes, technology) & Transformation.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and prioritizing deadlines within internal & external teams.
  • Experience leading, coaching and developing high performing supply chain professionals.
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Process management skills
  • Ideal both industry & consulting experience
  • Ideal experience in leading large-scale transformation
  • Problem solving & continuous improvement mindset.
  • Drive for results and delivery against deadlines.

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
