Description & Requirements

As a Distribution Development Manager- you will be responsible to evaluate distributor performance & productivity and develop area by identifying white space area in the respective distributor’s scope.

DETAIL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Developing area by mapping area segregation- adding distribution points and benchmarking to competitors.
  • Hiring and evaluating new distributors by mapping distributor cluster- mapping revenue vs total population in the respective area- mapping register outlet vs potential total population- mapping area segregation- and creating distributor performance report.
  • Evaluating distributor performance (Infrastructure- Productivity- Distribution & Sales) by evaluating numbers SR based on KHI requirements- numbers of outlets coverage compare to universe- productivity per SR compare to standard and revenue 
  • Ensuring DPM achievement by conduction business review with bottom performer distributor and regular monitoring.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any major
  • 4 years experiences in Sales Field especially in GT
  • Strong in analytical thinking- data driven and master in Microsoft Office
  • Strong leadership & collaboration skills
  • Personal attributes: agility- curiosity- positivity- enthusiasm- passion for improving and proactive nature- love with the challenges situation
  • Placement in Palembang and willing to travel to all around Sumatera
