Description & Requirements


  • Manage the eCommerce channel business for our Brick & Click- B2B- and new models – including trading terms and pricing
  • Cross functional collaboration – engage and coordinate with internal partners including GTM- Trade & Brand Marketing not only to leverage resources & expertise- but to ensure the eCommerce solution is integrated and aligned across all outlets- stakeholders & required resources
  • Responsible for ensuring Brand- Channel- and Customer strategies incorporate specific eCommerce goals
  • Develop- execute- and manage a Customer Contact Strategy- building relationships across all functions at varying levels (eCommerce focus) along with the retail teams
  • Develop and own the monthly review with our retail teams on online volumes- plans- trade spend
  • Full ROI analysis of all customer initiatives i.e. online promotions to ensure trade spend budget is spent in the most effective way possible
  • Identify eCommerce exclusive NPD opportunities in conjunction with retailer to unlock growth and improve profitability
  • Data science capability to drive Insights — Build the collective knowledge of the organization- our consumers- and our customers within the area of digital commerce. Leverage the full suite of available data assets to support the development of customer Collaborative Business Plans
  • Explore expansion opportunities by acquiring new accounts and adding distribution points


  • At least 3 years experience in Commercial business
  • Negotiation skill
  • Preferred experience: digital marketing- B2B channel management (incl. Trading Term discussion)- digital data analytics
