  • Gerenciar contas estratégicas garantindo o Sell in e Sell Out das operações- execuções e ganhos de share no mercado;

  • Controlar os investimentos (D&A) da base de clientes;

  • Liderar e inspirar times indiretos por meio de exemplo- criar planos de ação e garantir a execução com excelência pela equipe;

  • Responsável por alinhar todas as estratégias nacionais e regionais com os clientes da base;

  • Desenvolver clientes da base (distribuidores)- times indiretos de vendedores e clientes do mercado- estando sempre presente em rota para garantir atingimento dos KPIs da KHC;

  • Realizar análises dos resultados- estabelecer desafios e propor soluções;

  • Executar as rotinas desenhadas no programa de excelência (PEX);

  • Dominar as ferramentas e sistemas da empresa de forma que obtenha resultados.


  • Ensino Superior Completo

  • Experiência anterior na área comercial de preferência com distribuidores

  • Disponibilidade para Residir em Belém

  • Conhecimento no pacote office
