Description & Requirements

Oportunidade direcionada para mulheres e pessoas negras. 

Essa posição responsável por gerenciar todo o processo de vendas com os parceiros distribuidores- garantindo a entrada de pedidos- interfaces com times financeiros da KHC- fluxo logístico até o cliente. Além disso- será responsável por desenvolver todos os indicadores comerciais estratégicos junto ao parceiro distribuidor.
A gestão de distribuidores passa pela implementação do PEX (Programa de Excelência) que garante boas práticas de processos e rotinas com o parceiro distribuidor desde o planejamento até a execução devida no mercado (PDV).
Dessa forma- precisa ter uma agenda de planejamento bem definida para desdobrar as ações específicas no mercado- focando em ganhos de Share e melhoria no CMA da KHC- tendo como base analítica dados de ferramentas como NeoGrid- MTrix- Scanntech e Nielsen.


  • Ensino Superior Completo (desejável na área de exatas);
  • Carteira de motorista B (obrigatório);
  • Desejável experiência comercial no canal distribuidor;
  • Desejável experiência com gestão direta/indireta de times;
  • Desejável conhecimento dos clientes de Sergipe;
  • Conhecimento em Excel: base de dados- tabelas dinâmicas- formulas básicas;
  • Disponibilidade para viagens.

Atenção: A posição é para Sergipe! Em São Paulo é a sede da KHC- mas a posição é para o estado de Sergipe.
