This is an amazing opportunity for a hardworking New Graduate/Master's student, interested in making a difference at Kraft Heinz!
The position will be based in Milan, where you will have the chance to work cross-team, supporting both Export and E-commerce channels.

In brief, you will be responsible for:
- Full Ownership of Project Management of Marketing Export Innovation/Customer Projects
- Direct support of Export KAMs when crafting and implementing ad hoc Marketing Strategies by Country/Customer
- Supporting on Business Planning and Customer Management
- Perform Ad Hoc Quantitative and Qualitative Analyses translating data into meaningful insights
- Customer Analysis and Data Reporting
Hard Skills & Capabilities
- Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent (achieved or close to be achieved)
- Professional fluency English and Italian
- Good command of MS office, especially Excel and Power Point
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Professional Attributes
Strong Affinity with Sales and/or data analytics looking to be trained in real business life conditions.
Communication Skills: You’ll easily be exposed to senior management, no matter your level. Therefore, it’s important you have excellent communication skills, to deal with all kinds of different stakeholders.
Confident: You’re a go getter, you’re not easily thrown off your game, not even when you get resistance.
Team player - achieving results is nice but achieving results with the team is simply the best! You’re a great teammate, which means you’re sometimes a leader, sometimes a follower but always working towards the same common goal together with your teammates.
