Exports Logistics Sr. Analyst

About the Position

The US Exports team is looking for a Logistics Senior Analyst to function as an owner of delivering against commercial targets and driving innovative improvements! The ideal candidate will be confident analyzing large data sets to find root causes and develop action plans across the cross functional team to improve state of the business. This role will have many different partners globally.

Key Activities

  • Support global procurement with the annual freight RFP ($55 mm). Supporting the sea and air freight rate card distributions and upkeep.
  • Keep a constant pulse on RDD and OTIF critical metrics. Work daily with our Business Services Genpact team to identify causes of misses and action plans. Own relationships with our cross functional partners to mitigate $ risk impact. Drive action plans for root causes.
  • Assist in leading Ocean Carrier- drayage providers- freight forwarders (30+ suppliers) to improve service critical metrics to our final customers. Drive data driven decision making
  • Work closely S&Ops Export Manager to improve forecast accuracy and order smoothing across the business to reduce cuts
  • Ensure our warehouses are executing against the export specific requirements including- but not limited to shelf life checks- heat treated pallets. Drive action with our warehousing operations leads to ensure execution across the 100+ US KHC owned and 3PL run sites.
  • Balance the needs of the worldwide Kraft Heinz zones. You will be in constant contact with the zones across the globe to communicate US export performance impact to the Business Units. Own solutions to performance gaps.
  • Constantly analyze the total cost of ownership based on the incoterms and drive cost efficiencies within the total end to end supply chain

Hard Skills

  • Bachelor or Master's degree
  • Must be an intermediate to advanced user of Microsoft Office- SharePoint- Excel based trackers- etc
  • Intermediate user in Tableau. Comfortable navigating dashboards- and downloading raw data as needed.
  • Multi-lingual a plus!
