Responsabilidades Principales:
- Ejecutar y asegurar que las transacciones del almacén se ejecuten correctamente.
- Responsable de manipular correctamente los pick list entregándolos al despachador y firmándolo en el área respectiva- utilizar correctamente los HandHeld para generar las transacciones y alistos de la forma correcta.
- Debe asegurar que la información indicada en el pick list o HandHeld coincida con lo que está físicamente en las ubicaciones- en caso de ver alguna inconsistencia deberá informar a su superior.
- Es responsable de trasladar correctamente los productos de la ubicación Pase a ubicación Rack físico como en sistema- además hacer la revisión con el módulo de Ubicación a Ubicación Rack.
- Debe asegurar la buena manipulación de todos los productos que estén en inventario- si detecta alguna inconsistencia o no conformidad debe actuar de inmediato para corregirla el mismo día involucrando a las áreas que sean necesarias
- Ejecutar y apoyar todo el tiempo en el método PEPS para rotar el producto eficientemente.
- Apoyar en la realización de las tomas físicas mensuales programadas con anticipación- ejecutando correctamente el coteo físico en forma manual y electrónicamente.
- Responsable de ejecutar correctamente todos los procesos que afecten inventario (pase- alisto de pick list- etiquetado- bonificaciones- transferencias electrónicas- rotación de productos- limpieza del almacén- despacho).
- Es responsable de colocar el producto según el mapeo de ubicaciones y en caso de que las ubicaciones se llenen deberá solicitar permiso al supervisor o jefe de logística para ubicar el producto en otro lugar
Educación y experiencia requerida:
- Noveno año de secundaria.
- Experiencia con productos de consumo masivo- licencia de montacargas al día- trabajo bajo presión y horarios rotativos.
- Experiencia en manejo de montacargas convencionales y apiladores de al menos 6 meses en bodegas de consumo masivo.
- Experiencia en bodegas y despacho- PEPS- trazabilidad.
Ubicación: Coyol de Alajuela- Centro Logístico LatAm.
