About the Position

As an FP&A Manager at our company- you will play a critical role in supporting financial planning- budgeting- forecasting- and strategic decision-making processes. You will work closely with various teams within the Finance department and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills- attention to detail- and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.

Responsibilities:

· Leading cross functional financial projects with FP&A and Supply Chain Finance teams

· Leading cross functional Operations and Operations Finance projects with FP&A- Operations Finance and S&OP for West Europe

· Support ad hoc analysis from Finance and Operations Finance teams

· Business Partnering with other functions to support development of new reports- dashboards and projects

Qualifications

Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.

Hard Skills

· Proficiency in financial modeling- data analysis- and using tools such as Microsoft Excel- financial planning software- and ERP systems.

· Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into simple and actionable insights and recommendations.

· Excellent communication skills to effectively convey financial information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

· Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks with competing priorities.

· Familiarity with SAP or other enterprise-level financial systems is a plus.
