FP&A - Transformation Finance Sr. Analyst

About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for a financial planning and analysis professional to make the difference at Kraft Heinz. The FP&A - Transformation Finance Sr. Analyst lies within the Supply Chain Finance for the International Zone (EMEA/APAC/LATAM). You will be working in a high performing team- alongside peers always bringing the Supply Chain Finance function to the next level.

The delivery of our Visibility and Technology Transformation agenda will be your primary responsibility- where we aim to fully digitalize the financial data and processes of Supply Chain Finance- building the path to high levels of automation and data analytics across functions. In this journey- you will also acquire an extensive knowledge of Supply Chain Finance and lead Kraft Heinz on a new way of doing finance.


In brief- you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the delivery of our Visibility and Technology Finance Transformation multi-year plan and on how we can positively disrupt our financial data analytics and reporting processes
  • Executing project tasks- such as discovery of the existing finance processes and financial reports of Manufacturing- Procurement- Logistics and FX functions – designing of the benchmark solution- prototyping- testing- and validating it- always making sure the solutions address the business needs
  • Pushing the change management phase of the projects with the business- by partnering with those multiple financial teams- and working on the creation and execution of training plans from the current state processes to the new solution for those business partners.
     
  • Communicating risks- assumptions- issues- and dependencies to avoid project delays or cost overruns- and closely following the mitigation plans when needed to deliver the project

Qualifications


Hard Skills
Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Finance- Business Administration or STEM degrees
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in FP&A roles in global organizations
  • Interest in learning new software skills- such as Tableau- Alteryx or Snowflake (knowledge is a plus)
  • Language Knowledge: Proficient Professional English
