About the role:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic team here at Kraft Heinz. Your role will be responsible for leading the implementation of the Kraft Heinz global and local hygiene requirements throughout our varied food manufacturing processes.

As an integral part of our Food Safety and Quality team- you will work closely with our operations teams- our strategic partners and supply teams in leading risk assessment- validation- and optimisation of hygiene practices. You will learn- further develop and implement Kraft Heinz Quality Standards into our sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop- document- implement- optimise and validate cleaning and sanitation processes.
  • Lead and train production personnel in fundamental principles and best practise regarding cleaning and sanitation of factory equipment.
  • Execute appropriate solutions to solve sanitation problems- including plant and/or procedural modifications.
  • Technical liaison between manufacturing and third parties.
  • Regularly review and report on the effectiveness of Kraft Heinz sanitation Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
  • Understand and comply with government regulations for Environment- Health & Safety.
  • Promote a health & safety culture

About you:

  • Knowledge and experience in food processing
  • A strong knowledge of Risk Assessment
  • Food Safety Auditing Skills
  • Understanding of processing equipment coupled with a strong problem solving ability
  • The drive- enthusiasm and knowledge to deliver outstanding improvements
  • An excellent communicator both verbally and in written format
  • A Masters or Degree in Food Technology- Engineering- Science or related technical field
  • A self-motivated and improvement focused team player
  • Computer literate
