Description & Requirements

About the role

Support our FSQ Team and the broader site by ensuring food safety and quality goals are met. Working with a collaborative and knowledgeable team- you will be involved in our quality risk management program and other projects to achieve production goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Timely completion of risk management reviews and assessments;
  • Ensure ingredients and finished goods comply with Watties Kraft Heinz food safety and quality specifications;
  • Develop and execute annual critical control point (CCP) plan;
  • Effectively investigate and reduce quality incidents- internal and external complaints- ensuring root cause analysis;
  • Provide FSQ support and advice across the site- working collaboratively to build knowledge and awareness around FSQ requirements;
  • Deliver regular reports and audits to the site leadership team- communicating progress and any issues.

About you

Your experience in the food safety environment- coupled with your outstanding people skills will ensure your success in this role. You will have:

  • Experience in a similar role;
  • High attention to detail and strong prioritization skills;
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate others;
  • Proficient computer and administrative skills;
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
