About the Role

The Field Insights Analyst is a key interface between Kraft Heinz Marketing- Sales- IT and our Customers. This role will support the insight-based selling agenda for the AU field team- increasing the performance and capability of the team.

This role requires the ability to provide category and shopper-led insights to the field team supporting company cycle priorities

Functional lead of CRM platforms used by KHC- including Salesforce and Tableau

This role will also be responsible for supporting functions in designing- building and running the web-based insights platform for the field team.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Measurement Tracking

Lead the tracking of sales performance metrics of the field team through the “Perfect Store” model- ensuring the data management and streamlining of key reports and trackers that provide visibility to the AU field team

Maintain the Web-based Insights and CRM platform

  • Key involvement in designing- building and running the web-based insights platform that will enable the Field team to sell with insights
  • Work closely with IT and NZ counterpart in managing and maintaining the CRM tool
     

Activation Review Process

  • Support the Field Implementation Manager on activation reviews across the relevant Kraft Heinz portfolio.
  • Support the development of retail specific activation plans which includes but is not limited to NPD launches- range optimization and execution of shelf layouts- with timely communication and involvement of all stakeholders.

About You

  • Bachelor Degree – Marketing- Business or a similar discipline is desirable
  • 2+ year’s category development and/or sales experience: Ideally FMCG is desired
  • Advanced knowledge in CRM tools such as Salesforce and Tableau is a must
  • Nielsen and/or IRI scan/panel is advantageous
  • Knowledge in Coles Gateway and Quantium data is advantageous
  • Advanced Excel Pivot- Power Query and MS Powerpoint skills are a must
