About the Role

From Day 1- you will assist in the management of Finance processes associated with our ANZ P&L and their impacts on the financial results of our Company.

Key Responsibilities
Working capital- direct and indirect cashflow knowledge requirements.
Assist in roll-up of monthly performance forecast and perform financial trend and variance analysis reporting.
Ensure completion of the forecasting cycle outlining to management any risks or opportunities.
Assist in roll-up of monthly working capital forecast and variance analysis reporting.
Provide key financial analysis for decision making- modelling and scenario building of the P&L.
Assist in driving initiatives to bring process improvement opportunities & cost savings for the company operations.
Budgeting and Forecasting of Sales- Supply Chain- Fixed Costs (ZBB)- and other below-OI (Operating Income) items.
Assist in costing of NPDs.
About You
Bachelor or Master’s Degree in – Business- Commerce- Finance- Economics or Accounting.
2-3 years’ experience in a Finance or Accounting role
Full- ongoing work rights in Australia at time of application.
Passionate about being challenged daily with a continuous improvement mindset and ready to constantly learn- develop and grow.
Advanced Microsoft Excel- Access and PowerPoint proficiency (R)-
SAP- BPCS experience preferred but not essential.
Analytical skills to simplify and present complex data.
Effective communication skills across all disciplines and levels.
