Position Summary

This Finance Director role provides an outstanding opportunity to gain broad experience in the assigned Kraft Heinz Company AFH and KHI Business Units (BU). Incumbent will have exposure to full P&L and will participate in BU wide projects and initiatives.  Opportunity to own analytics and provide input on key strategies and plans across the categories within the business unit. 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead key process in AFH/KHI organization (DR- MBR- AOP- ZBB)
  • Strategic partnership for AFH/KHI president
  • Lead commercial finance agenda and drive business efforts
  • Implement process and system improvements
  • Support US Zone-wide initiatives (e.g. M&A)
  • Drive BU planning and forecasting processes including monthly Kraft Heinz Business Management cycle (IR- EVP- MPR- Gap Closing)- major forecasts- Strategic Plan- and Annual Operating Plan
  • Analytical ownership on business results and achieving financial targets (e.g. trade opps/risks- A&C efficiencies- etc.)
  • Strategic planning- modeling- analytics and preparation of management summaries/ presentations as well as being the analytical driver on BU strategic initiatives
  • Cross-category analytics on pricing actions/sensitivities
  • Provide linkage to enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives and leverage best practices to improve- streamline and harmonize internal practices

Qualifications

  • BS in Finance- Accounting or Business Administration required
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance/Accounting required
  • FiT and SAP skills desired
  • Prior Category- Corporate FP&A and/or BU experience preferred
  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills and broad business acumen
  • Strong interpersonal- leadership and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to work with little provision
  • Excel technical skills along with systems agility
  • Ability to recognize opportunities to simplify processes and create efficiencies
  • Ability to influence cross-functional team members
  • Strong Technical and Systems orientation
  • Motivated self-starter who can effectively work under pressure and manage multiple priorities while possessing the ability to lead teams and effectively work through others
  • Team player who manages collaboratively with the ability to influence management- in some cases without authority

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
