Finance Lead, Growth Finance at a Glance….

The Finance Lead, Growth Finance is a Subject Matter Expert across all growth finance pillars (Innovation, Productivity, Mix Management, SKU Profitability, Capital Investments) for cross functional stakeholders.  This individual will be the Business Unit Productivity owner with responsibilities including establishing clear roles & responsibilities, process creation, executive communication, commercial/operations integration.

What’s on the menu?

  • Platform Innovation & Renovation PnL owner responsible for total PnL including reporting & mitigation of risks where necessary
  • Owner & project manager for all platform investment proposals and top business initiatives
  • Responsible for financial risk mitigation through commercialization of key projects
  • Business Unit point person for PnL integration between commercial and operations.  Responsible for understanding operations risks, opportunities, and mitigation strategies
  • Partner with Business Unit leadership to help influence strategic plan for the future (including investment decisions / impacts, capacity, footprint, profitability, growth rates)
  • Development and teaching of more junior team members
  • Ad hoc projects as needed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, Business or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, preferably in CPG.  Investment Banking, Private Equity, Consulting, Corporate Finance preferred
  • Experience working cross functionally with all levels of the organization while also having the ability to operate independently while managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, experience with Tableau / Power BI highly preferred
  • Strong business acumen, interpersonal, leadership, communication and influencing skills
  • Proficient communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross functional stakeholders
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, manage ambiguity
  • Self-starter and inquisitive
  • Ability to pair quantitative analysis with cross-functional qualitative input

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment

We believe our office environment fuels our collaboration, connection & community as an organization and allows our employees to grow toward greatness.
