Description & Requirements

Position Summary:

This Finance Lead role performs a wide variety of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) assignments- projects and coordination including: organizing and leading the monthly review process- monthly reporting- category analytics- innovation/category initiatives evaluation- forecasting and business planning.  In addition- the position is responsible for the national list price management for Kraft Heinz Away From Home and serves as the business partner for the Marketing team across all categories.  This role is also responsible for driving sustainable profitable revenues via pricing- promotion and mix.


  • Monthly Analytics Reporting- Innovation evaluation- and Portfolio/Pack/Price analysis
  • Development of portfolio initiatives together with the Marketing team
  • Strategic analysis and execution on initiatives related to market share- mix- distribution- and velocity- as well as National List price management
  • Provide team-thought leadership in Revenue Management via analytically based recommendations that are translated into business results
  • Drive profitable growth strategies by assessing- recommending and activating pricing- promotion and mix opportunities
  • Develop long range pricing- promotion and mix strategies
  • Lead pricing decisions with regards to base prices- promotions and other events
  • Lead promotion decisions with regards to trade investment review and guidance
  • Lead B2B contracts development and negotiation- often working with Sales and Marketing teams
  • Lead mix decision making by assessing optimal SKU and brand assortment to drive profitability
  • Deliver the annual pricing and trade optimization plans to management and Field
  • Lead monthly cadence routines as appropriate for Revenue Management- including monthly routine with Zone President
  • Guide the build of tools- processes- insights and systems capabilities associated with pricing- trade and mix
  • Work closely with the balance of Commercial Finance- Marketing and Sales teams
  • Assist with educating the Commercial Team on move toward profit goals


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance- Business- or related field required; MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in a related Finance or Accounting role
  • Systems Knowledge: Advanced Excel- Advanced PowerPoint- Excellent analytical- NPD desirable
  • Must have well developed communication- interpersonal- and people leadership skills (previous experience managing direct reports strongly preferred) as well as the ability to interface with all levels of management
  • Strong initiative- detail oriented- high flexibility- and highly organized
