Description & Requirements

Position Summary

The Finance Manager owns the financial rituals and routines for the North America Zone- making sure that the quality- consistency and reliability of meetings and reports are in place. This individual will coordinate the finance teams on budgeting- tracking results- and forecasting on a weekly/monthly basis. He/she will be a key player on understanding the results of the business and supporting the management with insights.

Responsibilities

  • Coordination of BU finance teams- setting deadlines- deliverables- inputs and routines. Also coordinates with all other NA Finance teams (ex. Accounting- tax- trade- etc.)
  • Develop and own financial modeling of Kraft Heinz’s financial performance plan and budget. Figures needs to be updated on a regular basis and is part of the role to understand and track these changes
  • Build relationships with operational and finance teams of Kraft Heinz- design and construct analytical frameworks to make decisions- identify business and operational opportunities / risks
  • Provide insights for CFO on risks and opportunities in the business not reflected in the ongoing financials on a weekly basis (especially CMA and ZBB)
  • Ad hoc analyses

Qualifications

  • BS in Finance- Accounting or Business Administration required or Engineering degree with finance experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance/Accounting required
  • Investment banking experience is preferred
  • Hard working- capable of coping with pressure and deadlines
  • Strong excel and power point skills
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Experience with financial modelling (P&L)- combining different business units and reconciliations of drivers
  • Demonstrated ability to work in large- cross-functional teams and proven track-record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
