Description & Requirements

Position Summary: 

Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is KHC’s monthly decision-making process that evaluates our rolling 18 month forecast for demand- innovation- strategic projects- and the resulting financial plans. The IBP Finance manager will work with cross functional teams to support the monthly IBP routines as well as to define and manage a roadmap for future ways of working (technology- process- strategy- between others). The role will require close collaboration with BU- Finance- Sales- Operations- and other North America Zone peers to ensure tied off plans through planning- forecasting and execution.


  • Collaborate with business partners to advise- define- and deliver new capabilities and projects aligned with business and IBP strategy based on the roadmap
  • Provide subject matter expertise with deep functional and solid technical knowledge to help address critical business problems in a scalable and sustainable fashion
  • Partner with multiple groups within the business to identify and address opportunities for data- process- or adoption improvement
  • Manage external contractor relationships needed for current operating model and future IBP improvements
  • Own central IBP modeling best practices and help teams troubleshoot their models
  • Lead process improvements on IBP and other ways of working for the North America Finance organization
  • Develop and maintain the strategic vision and 3-year roadmap for Integrated Business Planning capabilities supporting the long-term business strategy including analytics- upcoming technology needs- and new capabilities


  • BS in Finance- Accounting or Business Administration required- MBA preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership through success in leading teams and project initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage change in the organization and to influence others
  • Good analytical skills and capable of using models for optimization purposes - Strong project management/process improvement skills
  • Proven/excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Hard working- capable of coping with pressure and deadlines
  • Advanced experience with Excel and PowerPoint- while also demonstrating strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Experience with financial modelling (P&L)- combining different business units and reconciliations of drivers
  • Demonstrated ability to work in large- cross-functional teams and proven track-record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Prior experience in managing by influence across multiple teams/groups across an organization is required
