Description & Requirements

Position Summary
The Finance Manager- North America FP&A will contribute to the North America Zone’s success by performing high priority analytics and formulating recommendations for the North America Leadership Team. This individual will have exposure to the full P&L (~20Bn Top Line) and work with the rest of the FP&A team to piece together the monthly forecast as well as leading analytics projects that help craft compelling stories for the Zone’s financial situation. Additionally- this individual will spearhead adjacent forecasting initiatives (share forecasting- automation- etc.) as well as the compilation/structuring of priority one presentations. This position will report directly to the Head of North America Financial Planning and Analysis


  • Collaborate with business partners to advise- define- and deliver new capabilities and projects aligned with business and IBP strategy based on the roadmap
  • Provide subject matter expertise with deep functional and solid technical knowledge to help address critical business problems in a scalable and sustainable fashion
  • Partner with multiple groups within the business to identify and address opportunities for data- process- or adoption improvement
  • Manage external contractor relationships needed for current operating model and future IBP improvements
  • Own central IBP modeling best practices and help teams troubleshoot their models
  • Lead process improvements on IBP and other ways of working for the North America Finance organization
  • Develop and maintain the strategic vision and 3-year roadmap for Integrated Business Planning capabilities supporting the long-term business strategy including analytics- upcoming technology needs- and new capabilities
  • Compile and own weekly NA Leadership (CDT) meeting. Coordinate meeting agendas- provide additional analytics and produce well thought out PPT materials
  • Own and maintain central share forecasting model and key priority dashboards- extracting key insights to be shared with the leadership team
  • Drive key initiatives throughout the organization


  • Bachelor's degree in finance- business or related field required; MBA- master’s in finance or applicable advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Investment Banking- Private Equity- Consulting- Corporate Finance- or Accounting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products with proven capability to manage large sets of data in MS Excel
  • SAP- Hyperion Planning and Oracle experience
  • Strong analytical skills- having the ability to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers- generate alternatives and drive positive change
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment
  • Adaptable/Flexible: Open to change in response to new information- different or unexpected circumstances- and/or to work and collaborate in global- ambiguous situations
  • Integrity: Accepting and adhering to high moral- ethical- and personal values in decisions- communications- actions and when dealing with others
