About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Financer to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Manufacturing Finance Lead lies within the Europe, Pacific and Developing Markets (EPDM) business unit. You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into the Senior Director for Central Finance. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. The delivery of finance performance and management of a team will be your primary responsibility. You’re constantly looking for improvement activities within Manufacturing Finance!


In brief, you will be responsible for;

  • Monitoring and controlling the financial performance of eight factories in Europe
  • Driving the connection of operational KPIs with financial’s
  • Coordinating closing, forecasting, and annual budget processes for our Europe factories
  • Building a high performing team, onboard new joiners and develop individuals in both technical and personal skills
  • Treating with key stakeholders for CAPEX investment analysis in the European factories
  • Providing support in innovation, capacity and network design processes
  • Being a main partner for Europe Supply leads

Qualifications
Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.

  • Education: Educational background within Engineering / Business Administration / Finance
  • Work Experience: 8/10 years of work experience within the financial area, here approximately three of these years should be within the manufacturing environment and/or leading teams
  • Knowledge: Microsoft office, would be an advantage to have knowledge / experience with ERP systems like SAP
  • Language Knowledge: Needs to be fluent in English. Spanish, French, Italian and/or Dutch would be an advantage
