Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced FP&A Manager to make a difference in the Procurement Finance team within the Western Europe Region. FP&A stands for financial planning and analysis. You’ll be working in a high performing team- alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into the Head of Procurement Finance West. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders within Finance and procurement teams. The delivery of a smooth month-end closure- along with a strong understanding and communication of procurement results will be your primary responsibility. You’re constantly looking for improvement activities within reporting processes and financial visibility for the business.

The Key Activities of the position include:

  • Management and piloting of West Procurement FP&A and BBP activities- including month end close- finance deliverables (Actuals- Forecast- Budget input files)- Flat Forecast and Run Rate Projections. The FP&A Manager position is the main point of contact between Procurement Finance- central FP&A Operations team and Commercial Finance teams.
  • Managing any relevant deliverable consolidation and distribution to the business (Monthly Performance Reviews and Budget Presentations- Procurement EBITDA Forecast- Actuals and Budget financials- Forex Exposure)
  • Managing and understanding Procurement results in the Year-to-Date and analytics database (incurred procurement EBITDA performance- Actuals vs Forecast- Budget- Prior year- Price-Volume-Mix analytics).
  • Management of WAPT (Weighted Average Payment Terms) monthly Routine with Cash Leads within procurement team – Forecast Consolidation Database and MPR deck preparation.
  • Supporting West Procurement and OPS Finance Continuous Improvement- Automation and Transformation agenda (Tableau/Alteryx).
  • Develop and guide 1 direct report to achieve full potential.

Hard Skills

  • 3 years of Experience in Finance (FP&A- Manufacturing- Finance- Logistics Finance- Procurement Finance or Commercial Finance)
  • Strong Analytical and continuous improvement Mindset
  • Sense of Responsibility and Ownership
  • Data management skills required: office package and especially with advanced excel Skills (confident dealing with large databases- pivot- basic automation)
  • Obsessed with details and accuracy
  • Logical Thinking to simplify complexity and bring solutions to business
  • Ability to Communicate in a Simple Manner and manage Interactions with many stakeholders
  • Data management skills preferred (Tableau- Power BI- SAP- Alteryx- VBA- etc.)
