We have an exciting opportunity available for a driven Area Manager in our Foodservice sales team to make a difference! The position lies within the Iberia Business Unit and is part of a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. Reporting into Foodservice Iberia Distributors Manager, your mission will be to grow Kraft Heinz distribution in your assigned area, profitably. You’re constantly looking for improvement in your areas of responsibility.

In brief, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling relationships and growing sales to the assigned foodservice distributors in the assigned area (Huesca, Zaragoza, Teruel, Rioja, Soria y Guadalajara): define commercial plans, set objectives, control the implementation of key activities, and lead day-to-day business.
  • Searching for new prospects in the above mentioned regions, initiate commercial relationships in partnership with our current distributors and deliver excellent sales fundamentals performance.
  • Leading commercial client conversations and manage profitability in your customers based on the foodservice channel strategy.
  • Activating our products and brands with end customers
  • Support developing our distributors sell-out in their territories
  • Supervise the development of our brands in your area
  • Actively participating standard methodology sharing with the rest of the team to continue improving the overall performance of the Foodservice division.

Qualifications

Hard Skills & Capabilities

  • College Degree or Master Degree, preferably from a Business School
  • +5 years sales experience in FMCG and/or distributors management
  • Knowledge of the Spanish foodservice channel
  • High proficiency in Spanish & English (B2)
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included)
