Description & Requirements

About the position

  • Responsible for chain accounts in the DACH region- for different customer channels- such as Quick Service Restaurants- Full Service Restaurants- Travel accounts and E-commerce customers
  • Manage and develop own chain accounts and stand in for the customers of your team
  • Close cooperation with the international team on international customer chains and monthly reporting
  • Delivering the sales and commercial margin targets for a group of customers in Germany
  • Being well versed in the competitive landscape and how to position KH against that
  • Presenting a value based selling approach with KH customers and looking for new ways to grow in the market
  • Lead- engage and coach a dynamic and talented team
  • Closely cooperate with the wholesale and marketing teams to guarantee an excellent execution of the plans in the market
  • Work with the marketing teams- finance and operations on yearly plans and monthly forecasts

Qualifications

  • Experience in Account Management within the German Foodservice Market- especially in Quick Service Restaurants and good customer network
  • First experiences in E-Commerce are very useful
  • Good knowledge of the German wholesaler structure
  • Forecasting and financial planning experience
  • Implementation of business strategy at various customer channels
  • Strong negotiation and selling skills
  • Great team player and empathic leader
  • Strategic mindset and willingness to go the extra mile
