OBJETIVO:
Responsável por garantir a eficiência e produtividade dos processos de produção. Isso inclui implementar o conceito 5S para organização e limpeza e desenvolver programas de manutenção preventiva, corretiva e preditiva. Orientar a equipe de manutenção, promovendo um ambiente de trabalho seguro e colaborativo. Monitorar o desempenho dos equipamentos, buscando melhorias contínuas e redução de custos. Participar das decisões de novos projetos na fábrica, integrando considerações de manutenção desde o início. Realizar treinamentos para a equipe, visando ao aprimoramento profissional. Promover práticas seguras de trabalho e
cumpre normas de segurança, saúde e meio ambiente. Assegurar o cumprimento dos requisitos legais relacionados à qualidade e segurança dos alimentos. Investir no desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional contínuo, visando ao crescimento e sucesso dentro da empresa.
ATIVIDADES/RESPONSABILIDADES:
- Gerenciar atividades referentes a manutenção corretiva, preventiva e preditiva, para garantir maior eficiência e produtividade do processo.
- Orientar e liderar equipe de manutenção, mantendo um bom ambiente de trabalho, visando a produtividade e qualidade das tarefas executadas.
- Participar nas decisões de implantações de novos projetos da fábrica.
- Implementar e acompanhar o sistema de gestão da Kraft Heinz (KHMS).
- Dentre outras atividades correlatadas.
REQUISITOS:
- Ensino Superior em Engenharia Mecânica, Elétrica, Mecatrônica e/ou áreas afins.
- Conhecimento avançado em pacote office (word, excell, power point).
- Experiência com gestão de pessoas.
- Desejável inglês avançado.
