L’usine de Mont-Royal met en place un nouveau programme de formation pour l’ensemble de ces employés afin d’améliorer la performance du site au niveau de la santé sécurité- de la qualité et l’efficacité. Le gestionnaire du programme de formation a la responsabilité d’assurer la mise en place- le suivi et l’amélioration du programme de formation et de ces principales composantes. Cette personne aura également la responsabilité de former- d’évaluer et de supporter les formateurs certifiés dans les différents départements.  

Responsabilités :

  • Créer et mettre en place la nouvelle structure de formation
  • Créer et mettre à jour les différents documents de formation
  • Former- évaluer et supporter les formateurs certifiés
  • Créer et maintenir à jour les profils de compétences
  • Effectuer l’entrée de données des événements de formation dans le système de gestion de formation
  • Agir en tant que personne-ressource auprès des intervenants du processus de formation
  • Assurer l’intégrité du processus de formation
  • Fournir les rapports requis aux intervenants du processus de formation
  • Améliorer le processus de formation

Critères de sélection :

  • Baccalauréat en science technologie des aliments- génie industriel ou secteur connexe
  • 2 ans et plus d’expérience en formation
  • 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans une entreprise manufacturière
  • Très bonne maîtrise de la communication orale et écrite
  • Bonne connaissance des logiciels de Microsoft Office (Word et Powerpoint)
  • Bilinguisme français-anglais – à l’oral et l’écrit
  • Connaissance de Poka (un atout)
  • Compétences clés pour Kraft: Habileté à travailler efficacement avec un large éventail de personne- excellente habilité de communication et d’influence- gestion de multiples priorités- fort leadership- recherche de résultats et gestion du changement.

Job Description :

The Mount Royal plant is implementing a new training program for all of these employees in order to improve the site's performance in terms of health- safety- quality and efficiency. The training program manager is responsible for ensuring the establishment- monitoring and improvement of the training program and its main components. This person will also be responsible for training- evaluating and supporting certified trainers in different departments.

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement the new training structure

• Create and update the various training documents

• Train- evaluate and support certified trainers

• Create and update skills profiles

• Enter data from training events into the training management system

• Act as a resource person for those involved in the training process

• Ensure the integrity of the training process

• Provide the required reports to those involved in the training process

• Improve the training process

Selection criteria :

• Bachelor of Science in Food Technology- Industrial Engineering or related sector

• 2 years and more of training experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing company

• Very good command of oral and written communication

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word and Powerpoint)

• French-English bilingualism - oral and written

• Knowledge of Poka (an asset)

• Key Skills for Kraft: Ability to work effectively with a wide range of people- excellent communication and influence skills- management of multiple priorities- strong leadership- results-driven and change management.
