Job Description

About the Position

Please note, this will initially be a 12-month fixed-term contract.

As the Global CAPEX Manager, you will be the link the business unit CAPEX teams.

You’ll be working in a successful team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level analytics and processes in performance and synergy across the Global Zone. This position will report into the International CAPEX Procurement Lead.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the performance on analytics from a Procurement perspective in the Global Zone and reporting working closely with Finance and BU Leads.
  • Responsible for International Procurement CAPEX Master Data to ensure we are working with and inputting the right data to support our transformation.
  • Implement the Regional Sourcing & Global Category Strategies for CAPEX categories which allows for balanced and transformation value to Kraft Heinz;
  • Leverage SRM to drive innovation & value creation across the International Zone;
  • Responsible for the delivery of specific Cost Reduction and Cash Flow targets in alignment with overarching goals and objectives, with a focus on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and sizeable gains in Value Engineering/Reform;
  • Define and implement groundbreaking agenda for your area of responsibility, with the strive to bring your categories to the next step;
  • Support ESG program with CAPEX requirements to support our 2025 ESG commitments
  • Lead the CAPEX purchasing for our International R&D center in innovation and pilot plants projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal partners

Qualifications

Hard Skills

Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree level, preferably Engineering, Procurement, Management, Supply Chain, or another related business area required;
  • 7+ years demonstrated experience in Procurement. Indirect and CAPEX/MRO; Procurement experiences are a plus;
  • Experience with working across international timelines and communities;
  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence business decisions and change;
  • Interpersonal agility – knows how to get things done both through formal and informal channels
  • Priority setting – spends their time and the time of others on what’s most important. Eliminates roadblocks and builds focus;
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Professional proficiency in English; other languages (Spanish, Indonesian, Portuguese, Chinese, Hindi) are an advantage;
  • Strong understanding of Excel and in developing presentations;
  • Ability to develop platforms in Power BI is an advantage
