What's on the Menu?
As the Global Engineering Excellence Lead, your role entails defining the Engineering methods and Project Management routines needed per type of projects. This includes driving engineering KPIs across all areas to ensure that all projects are delivered on cost, within scope and on time to the highest quality standards.
Key Ingredients:
- Develop the PM Toolkit.
- Manage/Report the Capital Engineering KPIs.
- Ensure a stable Project Forecast Accuracy.
- KHMS Auditing and Project deliverables examination.
- Ensure P-NOW functionalities are in order.
- Secure TPR/FEL Gates properly in place.
- Implement PERT/CPM for Strategic Projects.
Recipe for Success: Apply if this sounds like you!
- Experience in project management, capital planning and portfolio management.
- Expertise in phase gate processes, economics calculations, water fall analysis, sensitivity analysis and able to articulate the main objectives of the capital projects.
- PMP Certification.
- Experience in Footprint or major Brownfield.
- Affinity with cost estimation, cost control, planning and scheduling.
