Role Overview

As the Global Head of Digital Product you are responsible for overseeing and shaping the digital product strategy and roadmap for Kraft Heinz.   This newly created role will lead the company’s Digital Product Development organization and work closely with senior management to drive key decisions specific to new product enhancements, features, and digital pipeline.  The Global Head of Digital Product will be tasked with creating a high performance and new centralized agile product management chapter structure. The role will need to bring significant market insight, strategic thinking, and business acumen.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the global chapter product strategy and development process, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and market trends
  • Ensure customer, consumer, and employee environments, pain points, and needs are addressed with existing and future products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and supply chain, to drive product innovation and successful launches
  • Work with the strategy delivery office and KHC senior leadership team to define and deliver on key digital product business initiatives
  • Drive an effective communication plan to ensure organization is aware and aligned with strategy, priorities and the execution plans
  • Develop and maintain appropriate metrics to monitor and access operational efficiency and business performance
  • Analyze market data and consumer insights to identify opportunities for product improvement and expansion
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to enable innovation and ensure the highest quality and reliability of our transformational digital product portfolio
  • Develop and manage a high-performing digital product chapter team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Monitor and optimize digital product performance, taking proactive measures to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes to inform digital product strategy and serve as a subject matter expert

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Tech, or a related field; MBA is preferred
  • 10+ years of product and portfolio management experience
  • Depth in at least one of the big domains for CPG:  martech, RGM/B2B sales, and/or Supply Chain is preferred
  • Experience with modern, cloud-based full stack software
  • Experience driving product management across a federated global organization with regional solution development/customization
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse team and collaborate across departments
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Project management and proven track record in growing businesses 
  • Developing and leading implementation of complex business strategies and

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
