About the Position                           

The Kraft Heinz Global Center of Excellence (GCOE)- based in the Netherlands is seeking a Quality Analyst to join the GCOE Global Food Safety & Quality Team. You’ll be working in a high-performing team- alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into the Global FSQ Data & Analytics Lead.  Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. The delivery of food safety and product quality system data management will be your primary responsibility.

In brief- you will be responsible for: 

  • Controlling access to all FSQ application including but not limited to Edify- SIRI- Check & Assess- Tableau and FSQ SharePoint communities - new user creations/amendments/retirements/ workflow creation and maintenance.
  • Loading and maintaining data sets in FSQ applications (as listed above) including core data updates (drop down tables/ lookups)
  • Support the testing of application upgrades
  • FSQ KHMS and Technical Audit application template creation and maintenance (questionnaires/audits) and language translations
  • Administering data and critical metric reporting
  • FSQ governance report generation for global and zone FSQ - across all programs/ critical metrics
  • Provision of on-demand application support
  • Maintaining application help guides
  • Creation- approval- issue- communication and maintenance of all FSQ documents including policies- protocols- FSQ KHMS Standards- FSQ KHMS implementation guides and training.
  • Administering the Global FSQ SharePoint site


Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or Food-related area of study
  • Working knowledge of the Food industry
  • English fluency required
