About the Position 

The Global Revenue Growth Management team is looking for a dynamic Revenue Growth Management Capabilities Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. You’ll be working in a global team, partnering with markets around the world, to support the implementation of processes, playbooks, and trainings, support the deployment of tools and drive adoption and adherence to the Global RGM Playbook. This position reports to the Global Revenue Growth Management Capabilities & Transformation Lead. The Manager will be accountable for leading global capability building initiatives, such as RGM Academy and Playbook.

Who we are looking for: 

We are seeking a candidate who has solid experience in leading projects with multiple senior partners. An ideal candidate has strong problem-solving and project management skills and should be comfortable communicating with and influencing key collaborators. Revenue Growth Management (RGM) experience gained in a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environment, Retail or Management Consulting are important for this role.  

Responsibilities:  

  • Lead global capability-building projects, such as: RGM Academy – co-designing curriculum, e-learning modules, case studies, and managing external vendors to deliver 

  • RGM Capability building plans – running capability assessment and designing capability building plans jointly with the markets 

  • RGM Playbook – leading capability assessment with BUs and aligning on capability building plans 

  • RGM Process Change – support the markets in the RGM transformation, aligned with KHC 10YS to drive consistency in price, promo, PPA, and mix practices 

  • RGM tools – support, when necessary, co-designing UX / functionality for analytical tools (e.g., RGM dashboards, PPA / pricing tools) 

Requirement & Skills 

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree (MBA included). Preference Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science or Business Administration 

  • Minimum 3 years of Commercial Revenue Growth Management experience in CPG / Retail or Management consulting. 

  • In-depth understanding of the key RGM concepts along pricing, promo, assortment and trade terms pillars 

  • Experience of managing projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders 

  • Strong problem-solving skills required together with structured thinking and ability to develop frameworks for key business challenges 

  • Strong written and oral communication with ability to deliver engaging and well-organized presentations 

  • Highly organized with a keen sense of focus and ability to meet required goals under time critical objectives in a dynamic environment. 

  • Language fluency: English
